Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Lauren. My spiritual awakening began in 2016 with an out of body experience brought on by plant medicine that completely changed my perspective on life. Since then I have been deep diving into meditation, energy work, yoga, channeling, and all things "woo". I have remembered that I am an infinite spiritual being having a temporary human experience, and I hope that my work & events spark this remembrance in you as well.
