About the Founder

Hi, I'm Lauren. My spiritual awakening began in 2016 with an out of body experience brought on by plant medicine that completely changed my perspective on life. Since then I have been deep diving into meditation, energy work, yoga, Qi Gong, past lives, the multiverse, channeling, and all things "woo." I have remembered that I am an infinite spiritual being having a temporary human experience, and I hope that my work sparks this remembrance in you as well.

I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's in Communication, and am located in Los Angeles, CA. In addition to being an intuitive healer and conscious events host, I am also a singer/songwriter, producer, and DJ, creating inspirational house & electro pop music. I believe music is one of the great healing modalities, and tune most my music to 432hz or 528hz--frequencies with known healing properties.

My interest in energy work and alternative healing modalities began after experiencing positive results doing energy work on myself to ground my energy and calm anxiety with tools such as Qi Gong & Reiki. I believe with the right intentions and focus, we can heal ourselves in the quantum field. I have come to find that I am naturally gifted at helping people heal and be more present in their body. I am passionate about helping others to heal, experience unconditional love, and live in their truth & sovereignty as a unique expression of source energy.

Our Events & Retreats

Our mission is to create soul-expanding events, retreats, & experiences. Using high-vibrational music, sacred plant medicines, ecstatic dance, intentional gatherings, and various other healing modalities, we open pathways for connection, healing, and awakening.

Each event — from celestial sound baths and Garden Parties, to transformative retreats — is designed as a portal where music, mindfulness, and community weave together to guide us into expanded states of consciousness.

My Philosophy

I believe we are infinite, spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. I've experienced that all things are created by consciousness, and everything is made up of energy. Consciousness precedes physical matter, therefore the root cause of illness and anxiety is energetic as well. Shamans in indigenous tribes have known this to be true in their healing practices for ages.

Through conscious intention, energy healing helps clear your chakras (energy centers) of blockages, stimulates your body's natural healing abilities, and grounds your higher self into your body so that you can be more present and at peace. The purpose of energy healing is to balance the body's energy fields to benefit one's physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health. Taking us out of our usual stress and fight or flight mode, energy work helps you relax, accelerating your body's natural ability to heal.

Eastern philosophy posits that blocked energy is the cause of illness and disease. By opening up these passages, we can prevent ailments or reopen the flow of energy to begin the healing process when we are sick, anxious, or feeling stagnant. Although Western medicine often labels energy healing as pseudoscientific, the perception is starting to change as scientists and academics begin to understand the principles behind the placebo effect and quantum physics. There is an omnipresent field of energy throughout the universe being studied via quantum field theory. This universal energy (known as Qi or Prana in Eastern cultures), and the quantum field, are simply two sides of the same coin.

Energy healing is similar to reiki, a spiritual healing practice with its roots in Japan. Reiki is based on this recurrent concept of the unseen life force that flows between us that can be channeled and used for beneficial means. Reiki uses palm-healing or hands-on-healing to transfer, balance, and realign energy from the healer to the recipient. Energy healing takes place in the quantum field, transcending space and time, so it can be hands on or done from a distance.

My own intuitive practice combines breath work, reiki/energy healing, meditation, and sound bath music to promote spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical healing in a safe and loving space.

Let's heal together!

Why Plant Medicine?

Plant medicines such as Psilocybin, Ketamine, MDMA, and LSD have been proving to be therapeutically and medicinally beneficial in recent studies for things like addiction, depression, and PTSD, and are well on their way to legality. This is why you'll see me use the phrase "plant medicine" more often than "psychedelic"--I want to change the entire paradigm around the way we see these gifts from Mother Nature.

These powerful tools certainly may not be for everyone. I always say "different tools for different people", as we are all unique, and there are numerous ways to experience healing and mind expansion. I do believe, however, with the right "set & setting", genuine intentions, and integration, that these plants can produce the effects of years of traditional therapy in a very short time span.

Entheogenic sacraments have been used by indigenous tribes for thousands of years, not only as medicines, but as a rite of passage in their cultures. I would always encourage doing more of your own research in addition to reading this guide, as you will benefit from learning through multiple perspectives and lenses. You may also want to explore the option of finding a Shaman to guide your journey! The law actually exempts members of the Native American Church, who revere these sacred medicines as sacraments.

What each of these medicines basically does, is bring you deep into the present moment and into your heart center, providing space for healing, childlike wonder, and joy. While each of them have different attributes and trip durations, they all generally make you feel more connected to the world around you, and are a useful tool for accessing your subconscious mind, or "higher self" awareness.

These substances are known for producing "non-ordinary states of consciousness." Many people have had very spiritual experiences with psychedelics, or "entheogens", which translates from the original Greek to ‘becoming divine within’. I personally have had very transformative, spiritual, and sometimes "out of body" experiences with these medicines, and feel that their magic ought to be shared with others.

Some of the effects you may experience include "the giggles", peace, joy, vivid colors, altered perceptions of time and space, philosophical thoughts, psychic visions, feelings of oneness and connection, loss of appetite, and a body high. It is also possible that you may experience things like nausea or anxiety, but I have tips for avoiding any uncomfortable side effects in my "Psychedelic Guide & Integration Journal", a book created to help you navigate your personal plant medicine ceremonies with intention & ease.
