This is a coaching/therapy session for integrating and processing your plant medicine ceremonies. Book a session within a week of your plant medicine ceremony for the best results, as the experience will be at the top of your memory!

We will go over your experience and process it together, and you may ask for any guidance that you need. I will also offer any recommendations or practices for further integrating the lessons you learned into your daily life.
